Learning Resources Primary Shapes Template Set provides a hands-on way for children to explore geometry, shape recognition, and early drawing skills. This set includes five durable translucent templates featuring a circle, triangle, rectangle, square, and hexagon. Children can trace, compare, and analyze shapes while developing visual discrimination, spatial awareness, fine motor skills, and an understanding of geometric relationships. The transparent plastic design allows students to see existing lines and drawings beneath the template, making it easier to reposition and create accurate shapes. Teachers and parents can use the templates to introduce geometry vocabulary, reinforce shape identification, and encourage creative drawing activities. Ideal for classrooms, homeschool environments, art projects, learning centers, and independent exploration, this versatile set supports early learning standards and hands-on discovery. Designed for children ages 4 and up.
The transparent plastic lets children see lines and drawings underneath, so it is easier to reposition a template and draw shapes accurately.
